With more than 20 years of experience managing organizational change either as a consultant or as part of a senior management team, Albert’s true passion is in helping lead teams towards a common vision.

“How can this be done better?” is a core question and main motivator. Having worked for global companies including McDonalds, Ernst & Young and Deloitte with mandates in multiple industries, Albert’s drive comes from a core desire to help small & medium sized businesses work smarter and reach higher.

He holds an American CPA issued by the state of Illinois, loves to travel, is an avid tennis player (and former instructor) and a recent ski buff. Albert lives in Montreal with his wife and two kids.
